Very easy to apply for an ESA letter. The questions were easy to understand. This is something I have wanted to do since my accident. Cocobean my dog is everything to me and is the best listener ever. Her wearing the vest of an emotional support dog is like pinning a medal on her.

I used PDS center for myself and everything went so smooth. I received a receipt and information quickly. I then proceeded to recommend my boyfriend to use PDS. Well it’s been 2 weeks and still nothing. I’ve called multiple times but all they can do is send over a message to them.

Paid the extra $29.00 for the 2nd card for my 2nd dog and did not get it.

I filled out and paid for everything online on February 21st and still have not received any sort of paperwork or card for my ESA. Would not recommend this company to others.
