I am beyond upset and heartbroken! It was a waste of money and for the first time ever, my dog wasn’t able to come with me on plane, even with letter. I cancelled my flight and now can no longer fly. It won’t let me reply, but yes... I have reached out and have yet to hear back.

This is a pretty good site to use if you are in need of getting ESA letters for your pets. I had a hiccup with my apartment and they needed additional letters to cover my other two dogs. I emailed them and asked if they could help me get two more or at least one with all my dogs on it. They replied the next day and said that they could adjust what I needed. Very helpful and I would definitely recommend them to those who need letters!

They made me getting proof of my dog being my emotional support pet simple and not complicated. It made me having to go through the process much less stressful than I was anticipating.
