Never received the letter in my email. I called and the lady told me she requested someone to send them to me. I never received them.

I appreciate The review and letters. However, how do we advocate to allow ESA dogs on airlines- the removal of this service, especially during a pandemic is devastating - we are now entering into a mental health crisis and airlines, already at an advantage are taking advantage!!! How can we advocate?

While unfortunately, the papers I did receive do not qualify in most of Canada ; they still did have good customer service. so people are saying they dont respond to reviewers and such. They answered the phone and wrote back to all my inquires. just saying sometimes on the phone and email you have to have patients to hear from someone. your not the only ppl around lol

The experience was very positive and fast and very reliable.

After calling delta, I was told I would not be allow to fly with my ESA under the new guidelines and that my dog will no longer allowed to fly regardless of new DOT guidelines. Now given that I have 4 days left on my 30 day return policy and have asked multiple times to be in touch with a representative I am extremely disappointed. I feel as though I have been scammed. Do not trust this company to waste your money.
