placed my order last week got the 24 hr digital one the next day super fast and easy today I took letter and the LETTER GOT APPROVED IN MY APARTMENTS! just waiting on IDcard in mail with original copy!! I highly recommend this !!

I keep trying to get in contact with PDS to change the residence address. I provided a different address for mailing purposes. I was unaware it would be used as resident address. I keep trying to call and have sent messages and no one has been able to assist me. The call center only takes messages. No one has called me back or replied to my messages.

I submitted my order for a letter and it has been 5 days with 0 contact from the PDS center. My account was charged and I have not gotten either an email confirmation that I was approved nor a letter in the mail. per instructions "you will receive a digital copy of your letter within 24 hours or oder placement" I have called in several times - they don't have phones and only an answering service. There is no way to talk to an actual PDS center employee. Even after leaving messages I have yet to receive any sort of contact from them.
