No response from customer service. Letter did not work and can't get money back

I needed additional documentation in order to support the letter provided by PDS and I submitted this to them as well as tried to call and even reach customer service via the online chat but no one would respond or even return my various voicemails. This is a complete scam.

I emailed back and requested a provided based out of my home state. The only response I received was the exact same email and letter that I had previously received earlier that day.

Fraudulent - would not recommend. Additional information was requested by PetScreening, and I reached out via phone call, email, chat, and here on TrustPilot, and never got a response or a refund. The additional questions in the screening are intended to validate the ESA, and the lack of response suggests that this may not be a valid resource after all.
