wonderful place prompt service quality letters with back up if you need. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an ESA letter for travel or home

Haven't seen the product yet but you guys are cool

I was given the run around for at least three weeks while I waiting for your company to send back my approval letter. I let them know that my apartment complex does not accept faxes, the could only accept a response via certified letter. Yet they kept using the excuse about the fax number not working. Their emailed responses became less and less professional and I was very frustrated and disappointed in how long the whole process took

Everybody here is so friendly and this place is excellent! I had trouble with my landlord saying they wouldn’t accept my letter because it was out of state so I called PDS and told them what was going on they forwarded it on and called me back in a few hours and help me fix the problem and now I’m allowed to have my ESA!

Very quick service, received the digital copy within a couple of hours and the paper copy in 3 days. My apartment complex had no problem with the papers and I was quickly approved for my pets to live there. Extremely happy with the company and the results.

They were there for me everytl step of the way. Even when I had issues after the fact!
