I would have given them 5 stars because they deserve it for the ease and professionalism they provide, however, the fact that clients have to pay for a letter they don't need because they are generated as a packet at the same time gets a star taken away. Offer ONLY what is requested by clients, not what is easier for the center. I would still recommend them to others though because this is a service that many can benefit from but possibly can't afford to pay for both letters when they only need one or the other.

Helpful and im grateful it wasn’t 200$+. Recommend this to anyone who is on a tight budget!
