I completed my evaluation and received my letters via email fairly quickly. They are accurate and seemed thorough.I havent gotten my ID card or vest in the mail yet, but hope it is just as good.

The support team was incredibly accommodating and helpful. They sent my ESA letter extremely quickly and provided all of the information I needed for flying and housing. Would absolutely recommend!

I was extremely pleased to receive my packet. It is very tedious to have my counselor rewrite the letter every year and sometimes I am asked to pay a fee. It was very quick and they corresponded with me promptly and helped me finally get my dogs pic on his card. I would recommend it to those who qualify
