Very straightforward site, clear-cut instructions, and a very smooth process. I received the approval/emailed letter within 24 hours and the official documentation within 3-4 days. The emailed letter was easily approved for a hotel room and by the leasing office for my apartment. I am so pleased and impressed!

Submitted application on a Saturday evening and received letters on Sunday morning. Process was quick and easy. Also, the cost is much cheaper than other places I've looked into that provide the same service.

I'm not completely satisfied as yet because my housing hasn't approved it due to lack of response on PDS centers fax side! Pending results I suppose.....
