Even though I marked female on my application, the letter addresses me as "him" and "Mr." This, of course, will make the moving process with my cat difficult or even impossible. I also reached out via email and never received a response. I really wanted to leave a good review too, because the site seemed legitimate and thorough. **Edit** I wanted to come back and fix my review, mainly because this company did correct their mistakes. I'm not sure if it was this review or the second email, but I received a second letter in the mail and my gender was correct this time. That's why I'm raising the stars.
