Unfortunately its been over a week and I haven’t received an email nor a letter. I also didn’t receive a call back after leaving a message with the receptionist. Really disappointed that i wasted $129.

Not able to say at this time how good you are because I have not yet try to use the paoer work yet. Just received all the paperwork but everything looks fine at the hope at the time I use it it will work for me thank you all

Fast, easy, and efficient!

Though I received my letter on time, I needed more information for my landlord and was unable to get ahold of anyone for weeks. I ended up have to find another doctor. Complete waste of time and money that I cannot get back. Scam.
