I had restored a 12 year old computer to original status and found it with Windows 7 and Internet Explorer. I needed to get Windows 10. It was not an easy task with everything on the computer out of date. It took 2 calls to customer service and it is up and running again. They were great

Ordered Windows 11 Pro download with a product key. Successfully downloaded to a USB flash drive, but when I installed to the new computer, the key was bogus, according to Microsoft.

Purchased and installed Office 2021 Home and Student Lifetime License. Download was smooth and quick, however, I am unable to print any of the things I have typed. Everything goes to "SAVE". And even after this I am unable to open item to print. Help
