Customer support was very helpful getting Windows 10 that I had installed activated

I thoght I was getting a download. The website said that and a CD/DVD may be, I never understood!. but nothing. And here I am stil waiting for this.No information if I will get a link or hard copy or what. No full disclosure of their policies. It is your business but it is my money. I will watch next time.

Tried to activate Windows 10 with license purchased from Pcmasters, license was already in use. Waste of money.

I purchased an upgrade from windows 8 to windows 10. I was unable to run/download to my laptop. Asked for refund - has not happened

I wanted to upgrade my Office version on my PC to a more recent one but didn't want to spend a couple hundred dollars on a software so I thought I'd take the chance in buying a key from another website. The price was very cheap compared to the full retail price from Microsoft. The key was accepted right away for installation, the only hic was it couldn't be activated on the internet because the maximum number of activations had been reached so I did it by phone. Worked perfectly. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you !
