“PC Audio Labs Requested my review-Punished My Honesty—Then Removed My Review and Let Their CTO Harass Me Over Email- then lie. Ask them for proof I have been emailing them and not replying to them!
I tried to buy from PC Audio Labs. I had questions, their system blocked human contact. I waited. I gave up. More than a week later, they emailed me asking why I left items in my cart. I replied—same day, directly to their message—with blunt honesty: “No one ever answered me back and I only do business with humans I can speak to. I didn't change my mind. Your crap customer service basically told me to go away by never responding to my questions. No one who runs a business has time for that B.S! (Hey, you asked.) Bye.” Instead of owning the issue, they got defensive. Their CTO—Brian Lorelle—claimed they had “no record” of me and implied I fabricated the entire thing. That’s odd, considering I was replying to his own email, sent on a Saturday. He then flagged my review for “language” (for actually spelling the word BS as far as I can tell) and got it removed. so I guess we cant use descriptive words in reviews now.. what ever. Let’s be clear: I don’t fabricate tech failures. I build systems for artists who survive on precision and truth. In my opinion, If your AI blocks contact and your team gaslights customers who call it out, you’re not offering “lifelong support”—you’re offering a wall. Their newsletter claims “ 95% + of our customers praise our support as exceptional. my personal experience with this company has proven to me, that’s not just misleading—it’s insulting when the reality is scripted deflection and zero accountability. UPDATE: After my review went live, Brian began emailing me directly, trying to reframe the situation and shift blame. He asked me to “take ownership” and claimed I was the aggressor. He also referred to himself as “an independent business owner,” but let’s be honest: he’s the CTO, not the legal owner. The business isn’t registered in his name. I looked it up. He asked for the truth. I gave it. If that truth hurt his feelings, that’s not my problem. I don’t owe him a retraction, a softened tone, or a second chance. I’m not in damage control—he is. In my opinion, If you’re an artist who values real connection, skip the branding hype. PC Audio Labs talks about relationships, but when challenged, they choose denial over dialogue. I am only speaking from my personal experience with this company. After trying to talk it out with "Brian," my resolution to this as a recording studio owner/producer/engineer/musician with music world wide is, I will not be dealing with this company again. If I had to talk to "Brian" again in 100 years it would be way, way, to soon. REPLY TO THEIR REPLY: Thank you PC Audio Labs for showing the world exactly what I'm talking about, proving that you are in fact harassing me through email, wont just let me walk away, and how mad you make your customers from the constant hounding while not even trying to sell me a pc. I don't know why you would think this makes you look good. I will stand by my words and say them again and again if you won't leave me alone. ITS CALLED STANDING UP FOR YOUR SELF! Its not my fault you allow words to hurt you after asking my opinion. UPDATED 10/4: PC AudioLabs is technically correct—we never completed a transaction. Their AI system blocked me from initiating human contact. I didn’t walk away out of impatience; I walked away because their system made it impossible to engage. That’s not my fault, not my problem. Sept 24 Attempted to contact PC Audio Labs via their site—no human response. Oct 1: Received email. Replied with feedback. Oct 2: CTO responded insulting me defensively claims no record of contact. So, I made a review Oct 3-4 Review flagged and removed. emails escalated. Trustpilot verified and reinstated review. The situation escalated because I responded to their automated email with honest feedback. Instead of addressing the issue, they lost composure and shifted the narrative. I was raised in a world where directness isn’t just accepted—it’s expected. I’ve worked construction, toured as a musician, and built a studio from the ground up. Cussing isn’t a lack of professionalism—it’s a language of frustration when respect is denied. I'm not sorry. I’m not apologizing for being human. Where I come from, if someone rejects reality and/or won’t leave you alone and refuses to take the hint, you don’t owe them politeness. There’s a point where enough is enough. what I said was warranted. I submitted all exchanges to Trustpilot for verification. After reviewing the full context, Trustpilot chose to keep the review live—despite their repeated attempts to remove it. That decision speaks volumes. Now, after just one review they’re threatening legal action. Be cautious! Branding means nothing if the people behind it can’t handle accountability. other bad review now removed or hidden, myself, and now Trustpilot under attack by PCAL proof of zero accountability.

Response from PCAudioLabs· Oct 4, 2025
TLDR: Let's make this clear; Mr. Sallee contends that he is a professional, yet chooses to say that he stands behind phrases such as "So if you respond back then I know you do in fact want my testicles in your mouth", and spewing expletives because he thinks "AI" didn't allow him to talk to sales support. His "review" is nonsense, full-stop. Now then, since Trustpilot is a horrible platform that hurts independent business owners, we'll be happy to clarify this situation: Mr. Sallee was sent an automated email because he added a product to his cart on our website. He chose to respond to said automated email with: "The opposite actually, no one ever answered me back and I only do business with humans i can speak to. I didn't change my mind. your crap customer service basically told me to go away by never responding to my questions.no one who runs a business has time for that BULLSHIT! (Hey, you asked) bye." ### He was then sent this email: Being that I don't have a single email nor incoming phone call from you, your anger is unfounded and misdirected. If you wanted help, you're free to have called us at 615-933-6775. I run my business very well, thanks (here I am responding to your expletive-laden email on a Saturday). Thanks. ### For clarity, Mr. Sallee had never sent a single email to PCAudioLabs prior to this, nor had he called our business. Our logs have been checked. He chose to respond with this: "Your inability to keep track of what is going on is your problem. Not mine. After being ignored I was all good walking away, no more desire to affiliate with your company. (Why would I?) Then I get emails from either you or your company asking me where it all went wrong. So, I answered your no brainer ignorant fucking question honestly, and all I get back is you being a Pompas asshat acting like I'm to blame for all your short comings. don't ask the god damned stupid fucking question if your just going to cry about the answer. For fuck sakes, What are you 2? and you call your self a business owner? I think your AI bullshit is fucking you over. that is what your looser ass should cry about I'm not the person you're mad at. I was just trying to buy a pc, and you failed to sale one. (again. not my problem.) now your blowing up my email. Why don't you tell me how your miserable and lonely you are with out telling me how miserable and lonely you are. Get over yourself. Your generated follow up Emails that I keep getting are proof enough I'm in the right here (if I wanted to prove how absolute shit your business is to anyone and you are just deflecting your own fuck up. Acting like I haven't been in contact. kiss my ass Bitch boy want to be YouTube famous? I enjoy exposing crap businesses. I have had Zero desire to talk to you since you blew off the sale a week ago. So if you respond back then I know you do in fact want my testicles in your mouth and some free advertisement on youtube. I am not the one. Sincerely, someone who is completely fed up with your shit." ### Mr. Sallee was sent a follow-up email after he chose to review our business -- one which he's never done business with -- letting him know that we were sorry for the misunderstanding and asking that he refrain from slandering our business. He has since chosen to send multiple offensive emails in response, and continues to slander our business on this platform. Mr. Sallee has never been wronged by our business, yet seems to believe that somehow he is in the right. We firmly believe he is not, as his responses are exaggerated and steeped in overreaction. Mr. Sallee wasn't "ignored". He never reached out to our company prior to his first infraction. As with any business, we fully reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who is offensive and abusive. Mr. Sallee has been both. Our legal team will be happy to reach out to Mr. Sallee if he continues to attack our company and employees.
