Your account was banned because you submitted multiple fake task proofs, which is a clear violation of our platform rules. The system logs every submission, and your ban was based on repeated attempts to submit invalid proofs. Please don’t try to mislead others with false claims after breaking the rules. Also, let’s correct something important: Payroute never claimed that ₦5,000 daily comes from tasks alone. The earning potential comes from multiple sections on the platform, including offerwalls, articles, shortlinks, and other activities. Tasks are only one part of the ecosystem. Getting banned for violating the rules and then writing a misleading review does not change the facts.
I posted a job and it has and still pending for over 42 hours why? I want to continue using this platform but I texted the support team and Im yet to get a response. Please do something

Hi. Our support team typically replies to messages within 12 hours, so a delay of 42 hours is unusual. It’s possible your message was not received or there was a temporary issue. Also, task reviews normally do not take that long to process
Just signed up to this website and i'm loving it.

If I could give it a zero rating, I would. I don't know where all the positive review is coming from, probably from workers on the platform. But if you're an employer, like myself, run away from this app. First of all, when depositing, you're depositing to someone's account and have to go confirm before you receive the deposit in your account. I've never been so frustrated with a micro job platform as I am with payroute. It's been operated as if it's owned by a 2 years old. Imagine you post a task with very clear description that even a 1 year old will understand, but upon checking submissions, you see all sort of nonsense. Like someone sending you their picture as proof, or just simply typing done and expect you to pay, LWTF!! I've complained to the platform support several times to allow employers blacklist some certain accounts and screen the type of people they are as workers but they have always turned a deaf ear.. Like I can't even pause my task or edit it, what kind of backward platform is this? Seriously if you're looking to advertise your task, look for another platform that you at least will have some control and freedom over your tasks and workers.

Let’s correct the misinformation first. Payments on Payroute are automatic. Deposits are credited to balances within minutes. No one is “sitting behind a screen” waiting to approve your funds. Manual deposits exist, yes, but they are clearly labeled and have not been used in over two years. Claiming otherwise only shows a lack of attention to instructions. Second, calling a platform that has operated consistently for years “run by a 2-year-old” while failing to manage your own task quality is ironic at best. If you’re receiving poor submissions, that usually comes down to one thing: unclear or poorly structured instructions. Some workers on Payroute are new, if you don’t spell out requirements properly, some will submit incorrect proofs. That’s not unique to Payroute; that’s how every micro-job platform works. What you also failed to mention is this: Some advertisers intentionally reject valid submissions using weak excuses to avoid paying. Payroute does not tolerate that behavior, and when advertisers are challenged on it, frustration often follows. If fairness feels like a problem, that says more about the advertiser than the platform. As for pausing tasks, editing, and blacklisting: These features are already planned and have been communicated to advertisers as part of an upcoming update. Product development doesn’t happen overnight. Thousands of advertisers and workers continue to use Payroute successfully because it prioritizes honesty, balance protection, and fairness, not because of fake reviews or “workers hyping the platform,” as you implied without evidence. If you’re looking for a platform where you can reject submissions freely, control outcomes unfairly, or bypass accountability, then yes Payroute is not for you. But misrepresenting how the system works because you’re frustrated doesn’t make your claims true. We wish you success elsewhere.
Good platform
