This app is broken and nonfunctional. Can't even add a payment account. No human responds to any contact through any channel and support tickets go unanswered. I've been waiting for three weeks and all there is, is an unhelpful chatbot.

TERRIBLE! No customer service support whatsoever. Asked them for days to delete 1 unit that was stuck and not letting us continue. Finally after 2 weeks of reaching out by email they responded that they deleted the unit but they by accidentally deleted all the units, and told us we would have to reload all the units. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Wasted 3 days of work with two full time employees and now we have to redo it all with a more reliable software.

We're sorry about your experience with deleting a unit. The platform is meant to be self service where you are able to fully manage your account without assistance. In this case you need additional support and we can do better.
Pay rent is an awesome platform! It’s just what I have been looking for to collect rent payment in a timely and efficient way.

Awful. Scam. PayRent collects rents but if there is ever any question that cannot be answered by their FAQs, then you will be left with ZERO assistance. There is NO live customer service. On the chat feature, an AI chatbot spits out the same answer that's available on FAQs. Email is answered by an AI bot Geni, and is also a generic response. DO NOT USE PAYRENT.

We use Payrent to manage our 2 rental properties. It was a welcome improvement from Zelle. Tenants can pay automatically, update thier payment easily, and we can also automate late fees.
