Pure convenience. I don't carry cash as a matter of habit, so not having to revise that when I go visit the laundromat is just absolutely fantastic, and this app makes that possible. Every laundromat should go cashless.

I appreciate being able to do my laundry without getting change. It is really convenient and saves a lot of trouble. I do not typically carry cash so getting change is a hassle. The service is responsive and has worked without issue every time I've used it.

It’s not perfect. I lose money all the time due to a faulty program within the app.
