Worse customer service in the world! I ask to speak with a supervisor and the lady transferred me into this que that nearly rang for 30 min and still no one picked up! I’m so upset and they limited my account for no reason too

can't login to my account because of the two step authentication code. I even changed my operator after reading in their forum that the operator might be blocking their number. And I am sure the PayPal number is not on my block list. can't get anybody on the phone. this is awful... I hate PayPal

Paypal is on the nose If you can use another way to make purchases online, do it. I have used Paypal for several years now and have seen a steady decline in their customer service and the way they support a buyer when things go wrong. They said they are not biased, but really, they are. Their policies overwhelmingly support the seller, not the buyer. They do nothing but support the buyer and you are left out of pocket. Do yourself a favour and choose another payment method. Paypal are disgrace and I will be finding somewhere else to do my business from now on.

PAYPAL IS A JOKE! They stole $130.81 from me. In four different purchases. I think they "negotiate" with the companies alright! Split stolen money!! They say well here are some numbers showing it was shipped, Not an IOTA of proof. it was ever delivered. I have cameras. They are Liars and Cheats!! DONT TRUST PAYPAL!!! Thats my opinion!!!

I wish I could give them a zero star review because that's what they deserve. PayPal has the absolute worst customer service that I've ever dealt with, it's a joke that they even call it 'customer service'. I transferred $1000 to my son's PayPal account for him to use. When he checked his account there was only $970.70 in his account. When I chatted with their customer service (I assume they don't want to speak to someone over the phone because of the language barrier) they told me that the transaction was put in as if I was buying something from him and they typically charge 3% plus 30 cents. I explained to them that I wasn't buying anything from him and I must have entered it the wrong way. I asked for the money to be transferred back to my account but they said that the money is 'locked' now because they looked at this as a suspicious transaction because no merchandise was exchanged. I tried opening a ticket in their resolution center and they denied my request. What an absolutely horrible resolution center. So now I can neither get my money back and my son is not able to use the money either. What sense does that make? I can't stand using these 'off-shore' customer service centers where English is their second language.

Never use PayPal if you have an option to pay another way. I used PayPal to pay for classes that were in the end, not offered by the vendor. The vendor did not answer calls or emails to refund money. Although PayPal claims "buyer protection" in fact they just run you in circles for moths at a time until your time to claim a refund is up. This company is a scam . Use a visa and skip PayPal.
