AUCUNE REPONSE. Merci.

The customer service is great, although it is a rigorous process of sending proofs for verification, this just shows how tight their security is. Cards I've been purchasing through them have been wonderful and would get them within minutes. Keep up the good work!

So it tooked me about 10-15 days to verify all me details, also my business model was accepted with all the integrations and in final I've got declined about Credit Card Processing, and when I was asking them if I can connect authorize net with PaymentWall I can't get an normal answer, my friend is using payment wall all good and I can't get any help with that. I hope for an answer as soon as possible.

Good company, using it for months now. The only two bad things about it are 1) the big commission 2) the delay for payout but the service it self and customer service are very good.

The way they process things can be frustrating they are strict with security. I personally got frustrated but instant gratitude comes with a price so I do prefer the way they process payments with the heavy security because at the end of the day you don’t want your credit card information stolen. Secure and the support always replies to enquiries.

Fast, courteous service. Handled a potential fraud claim in a day when provided with my info. Trustworthy people to do business with.

As for support, they did good job. They tried their best to solve my account issues and explain what i need to do, to get it fixed. Good communication and treated me nicely, even if i was a bit heated.
