Awful customer service
I've uploaded all the documents for KYC/KYB, I've integrated their payment widget into my website for accepting payment, I've tested everything just to get an answer from them: Kindly note that we are currently unable to offer our services to your business. Thank you guys but could you explain all possible reasons to decline applications BEFORE your users integrate everything? You described on your website that your system is for ALL from all over the world. And then you don't tell anything about why my business does not fit some rules/guidelines/whateverelse. Trash. One positive thing: integration was pretty smooth.
