PaycomReviews of paycom.com

I came to Paycom with a background in healthcare recruiting. They molded me into a top performing sales recruiter, which is where I found my passion for sales recruitment. The exposure you get to sales leadership to truly understand a the sales function of business in unmatched. The consistent training and development never stopped while you are there-Most of which I still apply today in my recruiting. Financially- they changed my life. I was able to achieve certain milestones in my twenties that wouldn't have even had been goals for myself Pre-Paycom. Making six figures, owning a home, investing, paying off my debt- all in my 20s. I owe Paycom the biggest thank you for changing my trajectory both professionally and personally.

Amazing customer service Amazing customer service. Consistent with follow-through as we set up our system for payroll. We previously had a bad experience, so this one with Paycom was a welcome relief throughout the whole process.

We switched from another popular payroll system that is having customer service issues. Paycom provided excellent implementation experts that were knowledgeable and available. Customer Service has been a breeze and very helpful in learning the system,

Worst system I've used in a professional setting. Buggy, 0 quality control upon update releases, the system doesn't share data with itself, it's clunky and hard to use, especially when utilizing it for recruitment, the entire PAF (personal action form) system is hit or miss and decides which days it will decide to work. Save you money for a coding system, as this is essentially what Paycom is, but broken.

It is easy to process payroll and what use to take 2 to 3 days now only takes a couple of hours. Our employees love to have the opportunity to approve their time and checks each pay period. The implementation project manager has become a friend not just someone to do the training. The ability to customize for our company needs is a big plus.

The implementation would not have gone as smoothly as it did without the help of our specialist, Ashley. She was informative, patient and worked one on one with all of our management team to provide training to each of them focusing on their needs. The communication and response has been by far better than the last payroll company we used. Paycom is an employee facing system that encourages employees to use it to their advantage. The Beti system is something that helps save issues on payday for our staff. Using the checklists and self-onboarding has been a time saver for me in the HR department.

I have been a user of Paycom's HR software for 6 months now. It has been great to work with and is very intuitive for users. I like being able to readily access my personal information and other HR related documents, forms and data. Everything flows and appears in a organized manner. It has been a great product.

I recently had the pleasure of using Paycom's services. From start to finish, Paycom exceeded my expectations in every aspect of their service. First and foremost, Paycom's user-friendly platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate. It streamlined our entire payroll process, eliminating the need for complex spreadsheets and manual calculations. The interface is modern and visually appealing, making it a joy to work with on a daily basis. Paycom's implementation team deserves a special mention. They have consistently provided prompt and efficient assistance whenever we had questions or encountered any issues. The support staff is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to resolving problems, ensuring a smooth experience for their customers. One of the standout features of Paycom is their comprehensive suite of HR tools. From onboarding new employees to managing benefits and performance reviews, Paycom covers every aspect of human resources. It has saved us a tremendous amount of time and effort, allowing us to focus on strategic HR initiatives and employee development. Moreover, Paycom's reporting capabilities are unparalleled. It allows me to access payroll and HR information, review and approve employee requests, and stay connected with my team, all from the convenience of my smartphone. This level of flexibility and accessibility is a testament to Paycom's commitment to meeting the evolving needs of their clients. The absolute best feature Paycom has to offer, Beti. With approve my check, eliminates errors and manual checks. I wholeheartedly recommend Paycom to any business in need of a reliable, efficient, and innovative payroll and HR solution.
