Paybotic has been very responsive to any issues I have had with my card readers throughout my time using their service. I appreciate that they respond very quickly, even at late hours (which is important in retail).

Aditya took my call when our debit reader stopped working. He wasted no time in getting us a replacement. There was little I needed to do, and the terminal arrived quickly. The best part was that it came with the tethered PINpad and I just needed to plug it in!

I had a terminal that quit working. I sent an email explaining the issue and within the hour I had tech support walking me through the fix. Another instance happened about a month ago. We had a terminal that quit working and actually needed to be replaced. A new terminal was sent along with return packaging and labeling for the defective device.
