We have made several purchases with your company, and all of them were perfect. Also, we have an unusual number of cats (13), so finding customizable items that allow for all of our kitties to be included is very difficult to find. We love that you have some items that can accommodate our colony of colorful characters.

I paid for a glass for my daughter’s birthday I haven’t received yet. Return my money or make me that glass I ordered July 19th.

Very hard to get any response via emails even though they say they will respond within 48 hours. Took 3 emails and over 10 days before I received a response. Also they do not inform you that some products come from over sees and there is an additional international charge that will show up on your back account that is not included in the original price.

Nice quality mat, the dogs and cats pictures were adorable, my niece loved it for her new home.
