I placed an order that needed to be cancelled. After a small initial understanding as to whether it was within the 3h cancellation period, they helpfully resolved the order. It was useful to have a human response and the confusion - a result of Pawsionate dealing with a high number of orders - was understandable. Will purchase something in the future as a result of this good service.

Was a wee bit dubious when first ordered as communication stopped after a day or two. In the end was informed of the progress of my order daily and it arrived safely in Australia The jumper itself is good quality and my daughter us extremely happy with it . It is too warm in Oz to wear it but she us coming home for Christmas. Over all happy with product and service. Ordered 5th Oct delivered 22nd October

Not as described, despite their terms stating return or refund, they offered a 30% refund, thin, very tacky quality, con artists.
