We were so thrilled with the level of care given to our 2 dogs. Dexter was a handful on his walks but Honore took it in her stride attempting different ideas to try help him calm down. Our other dog Lulu gets very frightened during fireworks of which there were quite a few around New Year. Honore researched a few things and played her some music which is composed specifically to help sooth dogs when frightened. We were sent photos and videos every day so we could see for ourselves how they were doing. As a result we could relax and enjoy our time away knowing our doggies were in very good and loving hands. We had a great experience with the cat sitter we took on through Pawshake. Georgie did a great job looking after our timid cat and making friends with her. We also received daily updates of how our cat was getting on whilst we were away. I had a great privilege to connect with a dog sitter from PawShake who provided exemplary Pet Sitting services to take care of my puppy for 18 days while we were enjoying Christmas 2019 vacation. My dog came home healthy, happy and clean. Pawshake App is easy to use and it allowed me to connect with many available options to find the perfect match. All Pawshake sitters I contacted replied promptly and we had very good interactions; everyone wanted the best for my puppy, too. The early meet & greet is very useful & ability to cancel at last minute, although I didnt use, allowed early planning.

I was encouraged to look at hiring a pet sitter for my two cats over a holiday period - previously, I had always taken them to a cattery. I found Pawshake on a google search and was surprised at how easy it was to link up with a cat sitter. We met and quickly established a lovely rapport and I could tell that the Pawshake sitter loved cats so it was a no-brainer to hire her. Everything worked out better than expected and it was nice to know that my two fur babies were able to remain in their home environment and were being well looked after in my absence. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I will definitely be using Pawshake again!
