The app was easy to use with access to the information about the selection of dog walkers in my area, costs, experience etc. The team were very response with questions I had, responding within 15/20 mins. We were delighted with our chosen walker, she was reliable, trustworthy and our labradoodle thoroughly enjoyed his outings with her. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Such an easy process with additional benefit of insurance for peace of mind. Payment was easy. Communication was easy - we set up a meet & greet beforehand. It was fabulous knowing our dog was so well looked after in a loving home vs a boarding kennel. Would definitely recommend.

Grazie

Easy process and our sitter was great! The booking process was simple enough but it would be better if the system allowed for a combination of 2 visits and 1 visit for the days we left and arrived back. Using the service made our trip away so easy to do without having to ask friend to take time out of their holidays.

Amanda was very professional. Communicated well and kept us well informed of our cat. The whole process was very easy and reasonably priced.

Lulu took excellent care of our senior dog. He benefitted from being in a caring home environment as opposed to the caged run he was used to at a boarding kennel. He played with the other dogs there in her care and we received regular updates and photos from her. Lulu was amazing.
