I booked Scarlett on short notice as I was called for jury duty. She is professional and kind and my 4 cats took to her rightaway. She looked after my cats for 2 days and was on standby if need be which was a huge relief. She sent lots of pictures as well. Highly recommended!

Don't know what I'd do without this app. Going on that vacation or a weekend getaway doesn't seem as worrisome as it used to be before I found this app

Hi I used Pawshake last year for a sitter and again this year for my lovey dog . I have no issue with the service provided by the sitter last year and gave a 5 star review. My issue is with the platform. This year I sent 6 separate messages to sitters who came up as available, all but 1 refused the booking due to other bookings ( can’t they update their calendar??). 1 sitter actually increased their price from the quoted price and then refused the booking. This platform needs some work to make it more customer friendly ! Other platforms allow requesters to upload their request once and sends to all available providers who can then revert to the requester ! This platform is time consuming and cumbersome for the requester ! Very frustrated and won’t be using this platform again !

Hi Marie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a sitter’s calendar shows availability, only for them to turn out to be unavailable. We do our best to avoid this by regularly prompting our sitters to update their calendars and automatically unpublishing profiles that appear inactive. However, as the sitters manage their own schedules, we’re unfortunately not able to enforce calendar accuracy in every case. If you’ve encountered sitters who repeatedly don’t respond or have inaccurate availability, we’d really appreciate it if you could let us know via our Help Centre. This allows our team to review the situation and take appropriate action where needed. I’m pleased to see that you received a positive response from Maham, and I hope this experience might encourage you to give the platform another try. Most of our sitters are passionate and reliable, and we’d love the opportunity to show you that. Kind regards, Jack Pawshake Support
