Excellent communication by the concierge Lilly to select puppy, would have liked more timely verbal discussions regarding transportation arrangements. Very thorough explanations of expected next steps. Also would have preferred direct contact with the breeder.

We received our puppy the insurance refused to help with bills she had giardia but we have never allowed her outside we received her at 3 months old the vet said she received it from her mother and even though it was supposedly a negative test we had her checked from our vet and she was positive.3 months later she is negative now after 3 different medications and several loads of washing lots of baths she has never been outside to smell anything or drink puddle water which was there excuse she is now 6 months old still has not been allowed outside just got the negative paperwork we potty trained her on pads in the house we have no other animals that live in the house. I'm so very thankful she is negative now 3 months later since we received her I late November will never buy from this company again.

Leslie, we are sorry that your pup has contracted Coccidia, a very common parasite in puppies. But, you have left out many important facts. Your puppy received a head to toe exam by a USDA licensed vet just days before arriving at your home on 11-24-2025, and was 100% healthy with no parasites. You are required to have your pup checked again by your own vet within 72 hours of arrival to ensure they are 100% healthy. Any issues found at that inspection would then be covered, no questions. You did not complete this requirement to have the puppy receive a wellness visit within 72 hours. On 12-21-2025 you did have your pup diagnosed with Coccidia. This is almost a month later. The incubation period is 7-14 days for coccidia. Your pup contracted the parasite while in your care and is not covered by the Health Guarantee, that is not health insurance. We administer our Health Guarantee with fairness and integrity, but is important to give all the facts when presenting your experience.
Working with Pawrade was a pleasure. Everyone was very professional and answered all my questions. I purchased a Cavalier KCS and I could not be happier. I would encourage anyone looking for a puppy to contact Pawrade.

Hey Richard, thank you for the kind words and thank you for trusting Pawrade to help you find the perfect pup for you. Best wishes.
I purchased a dog and later found out that it had a kneecap behind its knee rather than in the correct place. My vet determined that this happened well before I received the dog (probably at birth). The insurance stated that it was not covered unless diagnosed in my first vet visit. I must assume that Pawrade does not check out its puppies before sale. I was denied even though it was evident that this condition happened before I owned the puppy. Don't use this company. (p.s. breeders response ignores the fact that the vet who xrayed the leg noted that the kneecap was healed over and could not have taken place in my care.)

Art, we are so sorry to hear that your pup has developed an issue with its knee. But it is important to include all the facts. You have left many out. Your pup arrived to you on 8-14-2025 and just days before it received a full head to toe inspection by a USDA licensed Vet. This inspection shows a 100% healthy pup, who's knees were one of the things specifically checked. On 8-18-2025 you took your pup to your own vet as we require to have the pup fully inspected again to ensure the pup is 100% healthy. Your vet concurred that the pup was 100% healthy, with no mention of any concerns with the knees. Anything found at this inspection would have been covered, no questions. Three months later on 11-17-2025 you had the pup diagnosed with a luxating patella and did not make us aware for several more months. This is well outside the coverage window, happened in your care, and very possibly the result of an injury. We are sorry this happened but is clearly not the responsibility of Pawrade.
