We are so happy to have Poppy in our lives Thank you Pawrade. She came healthy as promised. And we will definately go through you again in the near future. The process was easy. And Beth Amanda and Shannon were wonderful to work with 😀

Received a puppy through them. We love our puppy. However parade not so much. When we received puppy he was sick. First week $1500 plus in vet bills due to sickness. Took puppy over a month to be better. They said they would help with money because of pet guarantee. However after I sent bills like they said to do they went dark. Many follow ups and nothing. We love our puppy but watch out for Pawrade I would not recommend.

Steven – I hope this finds your puppy Graham doing better. We are sorry that your puppy took a turn for the worse after you made us aware on January 20th that Graham was doing great. We then heard from you on January 21st that Graham developed a cough. At that time you were advised to send any and all veterinarian documents to [email protected] so that the Health Guarantee department could review them. On January 25th you contacted one of our employees as well as the breeder to discuss what was going on with Graham and again on that day you were asked to send the veterinarian invoices and diagnosis documents to [email protected] for the Health Guarantee department for review purposes. Unfortunately, they were never received. We pride ourselves on our Health Guarantee and the review process which we absolutely will do for you and your puppy Graham. You may still file a claim at anytime from within your PetPay account. Once you send the documents over, we will review them in accordance with the terms and conditions of the health guarantee to do a fair and accurate assessment of what it covers in regards to your claim. We support both buyer and seller and ensure both parties abide by their respective contractual obligations. We apologize for the oversight in regards to the steps of this process however, we do indeed have protocols that must be followed which includes evidence in the form of veterinary documents for a claim to be processed. We hope to have the opportunity to make this situation right by having the opportunity to conduct a proper review and initiate a claim, but first require you to furnish the veterinary documentation for our review.
Devlyn, Renee and Amanda combined to do a fabulous job in coordinating our purchase and the delivery to us of our wonderful new pup, Willow. Getting all questions answered and issues resolved without delay, and keeping us constantly posted on status, even when Willow missed her connecting flight in Dallas, the Pawrade team didn’t miss a beat. We were very happy with the entire process.

Purchase a Shih poo puppy. I was very please that they were willing to find an airport close to me. Though out the whole process I could message them and they got right back to me. I was nervous that this could be a scam so very happy they are not. I received the flight info so I could track when she was coming. Pick up process very easy. I would highly recommend buying a pet from them. We are very happy with our little girl.

The whole experience was awesome. We picked the dog and then the travel arrangements were made she arrived here safe and sound. We watched on the GPS tracking that was sent to us and the closer she got the more we fell in Love with her. She is absolutely the cutest & best dog ever. We couldn't be more pleased with our first time use of this Website and highly recommend them..

Like others, I was skeptical and very concerned about supply chain sourced from puppy mills. I researched the org and after speaking with my sales rep came to understand the value prop- quality breeders do not have resources to field the wave of unqualified/suitable buyers. I really appreciated the step by step process of purchase to delivery with very detailed guidance on how to be prepared for your puppy, what the puppy’s status was from routine health needs perspective and areas of concern to be vigilant about with having a new puppy. Was 💯 white glove experience and by the way, the puppy is beyond wonderful and even better than his adorable profile. Now if the dating apps could accomplish the same ;)
