PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

I had a great experience getting my puppy, Renee Concierge and her team made it easier for me to pick up my puppy from the airport and the whole process was very smooth. Thank you again, 100% reccomend Pawrade to anyone who's thinking about getting a pet.

After a great beginning nothing! I was so excited at the service I was getting at the beginning of this entire purchase. I was happy with everyone that I dealt with until I had a problem with the puppy and somehow everything stopped. I have a chip with no number provided or no company provided. I am trying to turn in paperwork to be paid through the warrantee. Because I am not good at this stuff I asked for verification that it was received and nothing. I am beginning to wonder if I was scammed as to the type of dog, the condition of the dog definitely, into things like the answers I need. I love this dog and wouldn’t trade it for anything but that does not negate the fact that something has gone terribly wrong. I’ll be happy to retract all of this if you finish what you started. Everyone was so eager to talk to me in the beginning but that sure did peter out… Right Peter! Everyone is getting what I was upset about wrong. It has absolutely nothing to do with the warranty on the health issues and being paid for it. I definitely realize it takes time. I was trying to give you the last vet report And just want to confirmation that it was received. I texted it and just wanted to make sure it got through. The other thing has to do with the breeder, not you personally. You promised information on the chip in on the parents. Until I wrote this review I believe the last email I received was on March 29. I have not talk to anyone . I do hope this clears up everything and please get together because I thought I was straightened out last night with Brenden. I updated your stars and the rest of it is true and Has nothing to do with the repayment for vet bills. You told me I had to wait for the process to complete and I certainly knew it couldn’t complete unless you had all the info which is why I was checking on the last one. That’s what upset me because no one would reply. As for the rest, each and everyone of you were wonderful in your own way! Sorry if I have a special spot in my heart for Peter.

We had a wonderful experience getting our puppy. I was skeptical but everything went according to plan. She was delivered right to our home and we were able to track her entire journey. She is the sweetest girl and we couldn’t be happier.

These guy’s are awesome. They let us know everything that was happening along the way.

You guys were great to deal with. Really good customer service. It was not disclosed that our dog had surgery for a hernia before we got him. He also has a cough and is being treated with antibiotics.

Very friendly knowledgeable set of people I have worked with they made me feel at ease and finding a puppy that would work with my special needs child for a companion therapy dog my child absolutely loves her it has made the transition very easy after losing our dog of 15 years our puppy was names Selena but our Daughter changed it to Bella Bear

After a huge learning lesson as a victim of puppy scams, I found Pawrade and couldn’t be more satisfied with their impeccable customer service. Amanda provided me with all the details I needed before marking a selection. Making payments were very convenient and easy. And most of all the transport of our puppy to our home was perfection. It’s good to know our puppy was in GREAT hands from start to finish. He had no issue adjusting which tells us he was taken care of very well. It pays to pay for convenience and peace of mind. I will refer Pawrade to all my friends and family.

Pawrade made the process so simple and put my mind at ease with constant communication from purchase to pick up. So very happy with the new addition to our family.
