I had a very positive experience with Pawrade. At first, I was a little skeptical, but I quickly realized they were a serious business. The whole adoption process was very smooth and they were very responsive to every question or concern I had. The delivery team was equally amazing, sending daily updates and photos and taking such good care of my puppy. I have nothing but high praise for my experience.

I had a great experience with Pawrade. They were responsive, helpful and gave me great tips. The only thing I wish I could have done differently was to have her fly rather than drive because there was quite a delay in her arrival. She was in good hands though.

I found the perfect place to find my perfect dog. Pawrade was the best! I was a little skeptical buying a dog online but after my first conversation with Jen all my worries were over. I ended up with a PERFECT French Bulldog that I have wanted for years. He had his first check up this morning and received an excellent health report! So over the top in love with my puppy!! I definitely would recommend Pawrade.

Had an amazing experience purchasing my golden retriever through pawrade :) a special thanks to Devlyn for being the utmost attentive person. You need a raise. Seriously, you helped me with all my stresses and anxiety with regards to if the website was even legit or any other information I was concerned about. He always responded to my texts no matter what time of day it was. And another special thanks to Shannon who was an absolute darling and was always so sweet and informative and always responded promptly :) 100/10 would recommend pawrade. The travel company was also amazing. I was told three days but got my precious baby the next day. Happy and healthy and I’m safe hands :) thank you pawrade for blessing my family with a beautiful baby boy :)

My experience buying a dog on this platform was the best possible! they were very attentive throughout the process, helped me with my doubts and give me the "step by step" to make the whole process as fast as possible. And the best part: putting the puppy's health first. I am so grateful to them and I am so happy and in love with my puppy! I really recommend!

Cesar was delayed transportation due to Hook Worms, after 3 weeks Cesar was supposed to be medically cleared. After a 2 day ride , we finally get our puppy and he still has Hook Worms. Really bad for young puppies health, and what drives me nuts is these people have not called to check on puppy, answer my calls so I can talk to Supervisor. We absolutely love our puppy, and eventually we will get him free of worms. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PAWRADE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!!!

Mr. Lumley, We record every contact point, every conversation and every message. Your puppy was delayed due to roundworm being detected during it’s comprehensive health certification. The breeder immediately put the puppy on the prescribed medication and we waited the appropriate amount of time before conducting another fecal test. The puppy PASSED the fecal test and was then delivered to you with a CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH on July 6th. On July 7th you took your puppy to the 72-hour vet check and submitted documents showing the puppy was in GOOD CONDITION. On July 8th Renee, your Travel Liaison contacted you to see how you and Cesar were adjusting at which time you stated all was GREAT AND THANK YOU. On July 16th Shannon your customer service liaison contacted you and you notified her that the PUPPY WAS WONDERFUL. On the 17th you messaged Shannon stating that your puppy had hookworm. This is 10 days after you took custody of your puppy and it is also not the same issue. Your puppy most likely contracted hookworm while in your care Shannon advised you that you could file a claim with [email protected] for a Health Guarantee review for possible medication coverage at which time you stated you didn’t need our money. We have made sure to communicate with you and instructed you how to file a claim. ****As of today, you have called multiple employees using vulgar language and being very aggressive, insulting and confrontational.
