Buddy was exactly as advertised and came from a great breeder in Indiana. I couldn't be happier with him and I really appreciate Pawrade for making that happen. It would have been 5 stars except for the gaps in communication on the dashboard. I would still recommend Pawrade as you all did deliver! I did not use the transportation services offered and elected to go and pick up Buddy myself so I can not comment on that.

I came through Powerade on the Facebook. There was a lots of puppies to choose from and when I made my choice I send a message about her. The response was quick and very thorough. The whole team on Powerade is very helpful knowledgeable, and caring. I had a very good experience. Thank you for helping me find my puppy,:)

The experience with Pawrade was the best. They are very professional and they keep you updated throughout your experience. They give you all the information that you need to receive and initially care for your new fur baby! The personal ground transportation is the BEST. The personal care that is shown to you as a customer is top rate! I would recommend this company if you are ever in need of obtaining a fur baby, they are the VERY BEST.

We received our new puppy a couple weeks ago and we couldn't be happier! The process went pretty smoothly so we didn't have much interaction with our contact at Pawrade. The contact I spoke with the most was Shannon who helped with the transportation/pick up arrangements. She was very quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. My only criticism of the process was that the breeder I finally worked with did not know who sold the puppy to me! Apparently, breeders list their litters with several sites and she was not aware who made the sale. I would suggest that Pawrades' interaction with the breeders following a sale is amped up a bit to avoid any future customers from feeling the same hesitation I felt. Otherwise, Pawrade's prices were reasonable and I would use them again if I needed to.

Wonderful service! I lost my pup suddenly and wanted another one to fill the hole in my heart. I did not have the energy to do it but Pawrade took care of all the logistics. I now have a new cavapoo pup that i couldn’t be more in love with!
