Her new name is Freyja, and she is amazing. Janell was awesome at helping fix an administrative error I accidentally made. I wish there was better communication between teams as I had to explain the error over and over again. Please don’t make a mistake or you might have to wait a couple extra days. The puppy came in healthy but def not happy. After a day she came out of her shell and we have bonded really well. I would recommend again to a friend.

Super easy to find the right breed. We opted for ground transportation. Our puppy arrived safe and sound, and was obviously well cared for. I can't recommend Pawrade enough, this has been a great experience.

Skeptical at first, but totally legitimate business. Our beagle, Delilah, arrived when they told us she would. She is so healthy and happy; obviously very well taken care of before she got to us.

We purchased two Boston Terrier puppies a week ago. They are just precious, we love them very much. The breeder and our concierge, Morgan, were great. Communication was good. We had the puppies driven to our home and the carrier was prompt and friendly. We did get the correct puppies that I saw online!! :) Altogether, we are very happy with the entire process and our sweet puppies.
