First class service they made the purchase easier for me and we were able to obtain a healthy and beautiful puppy, they were always aware of the journey and the details so that he would arrive safely at his new home definitely the best place to buy your puppy

Pawrade was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire adoption process. TJ, Kayce and Renee kept in constant contact with me from the time I first inquired about my puppy until I picked him up from the breeder. Thank you Pawrade for helping me find my sweet boy Lawrence Cooper ❤️🐶

I gave one star cause I did receive my pup and another star because customer service was good. Other than that I was disappointed because one day before getting my dog the trip was cancelled because he tested positive for a parasite. I had already called of work and made the appointment for his well check up. My rep said this is the exact reason they tell the breeders make sure the puppy’s appointment is several days before pic up incase something comes up. Four days later I was able to pick up my pup when we got home we noticed his fur was matted, he smelled bad and had fleas. My pup is 5 months old and should have been fully vaccinated. He had his rabies and one other shot. I don’t blame pawrade but the negligence of the breeder. Breeders should be screened thoroughly to make sure they are fully complying with all the rules.

Danicca - At Pawrade, we are committed to being transparent and we take pride in screening and vetting all breeders who apply to be part of our program. We are delighted you had a great experience with our staff but concerned to learn your puppy wasn't fully vaccinated. Since your puppy was delivered our team has been in communication with you and working towards a resolution to ensure your puppy receives the best care under your watch and is covered by our comprehensive health guarantee.
It was a great experience, my puppy is everything I hoped for, and more importantly the peace of mind that it wasn't a scam made everything better. The people were helpful and quickly got back to me with anything j needed. Would 10 out of 10 use again.

Pembroke Welsh Corgis have always been my dream dog so I'm grateful that Pawrade was able to connect Sally and I. She arrived via American Airlines and pick up from the airport was super easy. It took her no time to warm up to my husband and I... we could not ask for a better puppy. My only issue is how Pawrade communicates. Its so easy to connect with someone when you submit an inquiry but after you submit your payment its radio silence. You ask questions but get no response. They make it extremely difficult to connect with the breeder and get more info about the pup's lineage and the breeder's validity. I believe that if I'm paying over $3k for a dog then I deserve this information? TL;DR - Sally is an AMAZING dog who is healthy and confident. I am so very lucky to have her. Pawrade- please work on building trust and communication with your customers. This is a stressful and anxiety-inducing process. Do better.

I found this process easy, but felt disconnected. While the people at Pawrade are friendly, they are clearly busy. It seemed the breeder of my pup was hard to get in contact with and slow with information. I know that my Pawrade rep was trying but it was stressful to have so little information ahead of time. Also, the extra money for transport was worth it but I definitely had to accommodate the third party, not the other way around. Who really wants to get their puppy in the middle of the night? Believe me, we are very happy with our puppy, who is healthy and happy, but I’m not sure I’d do this process again.
