I found our PERFECT new family member on website. I applied for him through Pawrade, filled out all the paperwork. I was happy to see that they weren't just giving him to just anyone, they wanted to be sure he was going to a good and loving him. Process was easy after that. They arranged everything for pickup and gave us all the instructions/details we needed. We absolutely LOVE our new puppy.

I had a hard time deciding between 4 or 5 stars. Overall the experience was excellent. The communication was great. The whole process was seamless. My two issues were that I was told I would have 7 to 9 days notice when he was arriving and I only got two. Also, there is a three-year health guarantee but you have to get a visit with the vet within 72 hours (very reasonable request) however, I found that impossible. At least in my area they are all booking 4 weeks out. That voids the 72 hour and the 14-day health guarantee. Otherwise I would highly recommend them and would use them again!

Finding Oreo through pawrade.com was very easy. It was very easy to get her purchased. Fantastic customer service from the beginning to the end of purchase. Each step was very detailed from placing the order to having her flown to us. Thank you so much Pawrade for all your help.

Pawrade and PetPay are a bunch of cheats looking to make a quick buck and falsely advertising puppies. Less than 3 weeks ago (On Oct 11, 2021), I bought two puppies from Pawrade.com and Petpay in the total amount of $6,000 ($2600 each puppy + $550 delivery for each.) My experience is with one of the puppies who was advertised as a healthy 4lbs Toy Poodle with no health problems and the whole fancy promises going the whole 9 yards. The pups were fully-paid on October 11 (No questions asked and no bargaining) and delivered to me on October 22 in New York City. On October 23, as required by the contract with Pawrade and PetPay, a certified DVM examined the puppy. The examination revealed that the puppy was barely 2lbs (1.96lbs) with health problems (including Ear Mites), incomplete vaccinations (which Pawrade,com and Petpay.com claim are 'optional'), and in poor hygiene. Upon contacting Pawrade and Petpay teams informing them about the situation while providing certified copies of the records, I was given a callous response – stating the weights on pawrade.com and petpay.com's listings are “approximate” and not covered in their guarantee. As of yesterday, I got another lame email saying I was being issued a refund for "$38" for the ear mites ( for 1 pupp - they forgot about the other one who too had them.) I started the due legal recourse with my credit card company and had to withdraw the process voluntarily. My younger brother has been diagnosed with stage 3 pancreatic cancer and an estimated 6 months to live at the best. Between dealing with the situation and running around arranging for hospice care, I do not have the time to spend with the credit card lawyers despite having all the paperwork to prove the case of pawrade.com and petpay.com cheating me of $6,000. While I know going to local pet shops and finding breeders is a pain. But please note that pain is well worth it over being susceptible to thugs like pawrade and petpay. I have to live with my decision - take care of the puppy to my best ability knowing he may not be with us for long given his weight by not 1 but 2 separate DVMs here in New York City. I am taking the time and pain to write this so you are informed ahead. I did not have the privilege less than 3 weeks ago when I made the purchase. We all know that the thugs at Pawrade and Petpay will find a way somehow or the other to sell people smoke screens even if it is at the cost of selling living beings. This review on Pawrade.com and PetPay.com is being provided less than 2 weeks after the delivery of the puppies on October 22, 2021. Even the worst of businesses have a 30 day return policy so you can imagine my experience with Petpay.com and Pawrade.com. Please help in sharing this experience with your friends and family. Yes I was given a chance to inspect the puppies for a minute while signing a mountain of legal paperwork on a New York City Street - not like I was asked to bring scales and a professional vet at delivery. The vaccinations were not up to date as stated by a licensed DVM in the health record submitted for your 'Health Guarantee.' Take the time to read the health record. Petpay and Pawrade know that there is a reason I paid you thugs $6000 and not cringe bargained with you – I get exactly what I paid for and if I don't atleast can be rest assured if something goes wrong you will rise to the occasion so we as clients can trust you dirtbags. You falsely advertised a puppy who is nowhere close to your listing in reality, is unhealthy, has ear mites (the other one did too) and according to 2 different certified DVMs does not have a positive outlook on a normal life expectancy which according to them are facts the breeder should have known for a while. By sending cool videos and HTML designed emails - you don't become an Amazon - so please stop fooling people (you will make more profits being honest and cutting the bull crap) and hiding the dirt under the rug. The worst part of dealing with you is you don't even have the audacity to take responsibility for your own fault. You own the platform which advertised a less than 2lb unhealthy puppy and sold it to me with terms. Less than 2-3 days, instead of rising to the occasion, your staff makes phony excuses that you don't cover the weight and the facts like weight of a puppy is just approximate. What else is approximated? You petpay.com and pawrade.com are lucky that I don't have the time to fight this scam at this time(as you know I already had started the process with my bankers but withdrew). But please be rest assured I will do everything in my power to honestly inform people about your shady business dealings.

I had a great experience getting my puppy. They were very helpful and informative. I just wish I would be able to get more information from the breeder about the puppies parents and litter.

We are super happy with our new puppy. The only feedback I have is I wish we had gotten more info on the puppy while we waited for his arrival. Pawrade staff were great, it could be that the Breeder just wasn’t as engaged. Overall, would use this service again!
