This process was so smooth and worth it! Pawrade was quick to respond to any questions I had from beginning to end. The transport was effortless. Pawrade and Williams Transport was very thorough in every part of the process. I would absolutely do this again. Thank you!

Best experience ever, took me about 2 weeks to actually commit to getting my puppy was very uncertain if I would actually get the puppy I chose on their website, but all went well very helpful assist with customer service.Helped me through out the finance to delivery. The delivery time was very late but understandably cause of the drive time from Missouri, need to keep health/birth papers with puppy I RECIEVED wrong paper work for my puppy not realizing this 'cause of delivery time until I took him for his 72 hour checkup had to download correct papers and change at vets and my doggie insurance which is no easy task for me cause of my age. All&all very good experince thank you PAWRADE for my puppy such a JOY

Josh, we are sorry you were not happy with your puppy and Pawrade experience. Brock was diagnosed with hookworm during his final vet exam. His travel was rescheduled so his breeder could administer the prescribed medication. We apologize the delivery driver was late, they do their best to maintain a schedule but that is often times difficult when traveling across the country. As always, we are here for you should you need anything.
We had a very rewarding experience! The contact personal was great and we got our fur baby of our dreams. A huge thank you to Jen, Lisa, and Mary you went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. The only drawback was I wasn't in contact with the breeder which would have been an asset. A big thank you toTodd, he kept us updated every step of her journey. If I left anyone out, so sorry! Definitely a great experience and I would recommend Pawrade to everyone who wants a new Furbaby.

My experience with pawtrade was great, from the very first contact inquiring about a specific kind of pup and how the process worked. I was given time to go over the information that was given me verbally as well as written. I felt confident and secure in the process of purchasing a forever pet Each step of the process, I was met with friendly, knowledgeable, reassuring people. Once, the travel arrangements were confirmed, my family and I were eagerly awaiting Harly's arrival. We received Harly in great condition. He welcomed us with a waging tail and kisses. :-) We had a chance to observe a Saint Bernard Pup that had travelled from Oklahoma. It's crate was too small for it's size and the owners had to clean him/her right then and there. Harly's crate was the correct size and clean. He really didn't need a bath. His wellness check up was good. I thank the breeder for providing extra food and a bottle of water. With love and care like this the puppy mills will be a thing of the past. Kudos's to Tania, Linsey, Jocelyn and David Whetstone the Breeder.

Was a little hesitant to go this route to buy a pup but it went great. Was kept totally informed every step of the way and my Boston pup was delivered in perfect health and wasn’t even really anxious after being driven all around the country. Can’t thank you all enough.

My feed back for Pawrade is excellent. From the moment on a Sunday afternoon when we decided to purchase our new puppy, the experience has been outstanding. The communication with staff at Pawrade was caring and professional. I have to say the only criticism I have is that they send multiple documents - which in their defense they said may happen. Then contracts were easy to read, and it is apparent they are as concerned about the financial transaction as they are about the care of our new puppy long term. My family applauds Pawrade for an easy and refined process to adopt a puppy. Keep up the good work, I will refer Pawrade to everybody looking for a new puppy.
