Pawrade made the process of getting our beautiful new puppy amazingly simple. From start to finish they were available to answer any questions, support and walk you through every step of the way. We adore our beautiful new puppy. She arrived at the airport well cared for and her transition to her new home has been seamless. Thank you Pawrade for everything you do!

Pawrade was amazing through the process of selecting our new fur-baby. Extremely patient, polite and kind with the many questions that we had! I did a ton of on-line research to insure we went through a legitimate company as there are so many fraudulent sites out on the Web, through Facebook and Instagram. But not Pawrade, they are definitely a legitimate professional company that has everything in order to insure you safely get the puppy you choose! I would definitely refer them and will be where I go in the future for our next pup ;-)

I had a great experience with Pawrade. The communications were very professional and timely. The emphasis placed on the well being of the puppy, as well as the trustworthiness of both the seller and buyer, were very reassuring. The one thing I would change is the extra fee tacked on at the end after the transaction had been agreed upon. But other than that, I highly recommend dealing with Pawrade.

Everything went well with the purchase process. Because of transport problems it took over 2 weeks to get her. KEIRA /Tessa finally arrived safe and is a wonderful addition to my family.

I had a great experience buying a puppy through pawrade at first but I am very disappointed with the breeder. Back in June 2021 I was looking into getting a small to medium sized pomsky and was told by a breeder her puppy would be no more than 30 lbs. I purchased the puppy and was so excited for myself and my 3 young kids. My puppy is now 8 months old and 52 lbs... I have a hard time handling the dog since I am 93 lbs and not very strong and I do not have the living situation for a large dog. He is too big to play with my young kids and they were the main reason I got a puppy. I tried reaching out to the breeder for help and advice and she never got back to me. I tried reaching out to who I worked with through pawrade and he said he would also try reaching out to her. I sent an email to customer service and still nothing. I am beyond frustrated that I was lied to and mislead by the breeder and no one will contact me. I spent over $3,000 for a puppy that is not what I was looking for. I am very disappointed and would never go through pawrade again. *Thank you for replying. Who I worked with to purchase my puppy was amazing and I did say he got back to me when I reached out to him but I also emailed customer service asking for someone to contact me and never heard back. I was very mislead and if I was told by the breeder that he could have been on the larger size I would not have purchased him as I do not have the living situation for a large dog and it is not fair to my dog. I would really appreciate it if someone could please contact me at my phone number I provided. Thank you.

Response from Pawrade· Nov 23, 2021
Hi Jessica, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the size of a designer breed puppy as we do not know which breed the puppy will favor more as an adult. In your case, Salva is a Pomsky (Pomeranian and Siberian Husky), and clearly has favored more of the Siberian Husky. Your breeder gave a prediction based on parent weights and we apologize if that was misleading. We have addressed this issue with your breeder to ensure estimated weights are not given for designer breed puppies. I do see you reached out to our customer service team on 11/13 and received a response within 3.5 hours. We are happy to know Salva is healthy and thriving.
Words do not describe the wonderful experience we had with Pawrade from first call to my writing this review. They always make sure the well being of the puppy comes first and I am very pleased with their service.

The ground transport took eight days. I had to check for a ETA which was poorly managed.
