This was our first time using a system like this and we where very nervous about scams. Pawrade did a excellent job of listening to those concerns and then alleviating those concerns with constant contact updates and scheduling a call with the breeder etc. they kept the communication all up to his transport and we couldn’t be happier to have Chester with us in his forever home!

I would never use them again. Their system for dog delivery seems to be based on the assumption that the purchaser is just sitting around their house 24 hours a day. I didn't receive any notice of when the dog would arrive until two days before, and I wasn't given any choice in the timing. I received a window of 12 -2pm, but at 2:30 pm I received a call to tell me the vehicle had broken down 5 hours away. Couldn't they have told me earlier? Then, I was told the dog would arrive at 6:30 am Sunday, than 1 am Sunday. The dog actually arrived about 7 pm Sunday. Plus, they have a 3 day window for a vet visit (not 3 business days), which is basically impossible when you don't know when the dog is coming. Addendum: The comment below from Pawrade is typical of their disingenuous sales talk. I didn't receive a call because the wellbeing of the dog was top priority? What nonsense. How difficult is a call? Regarding the vet appointment -- the fact that I accidentally was able to make the appointment in time is not a recommendation for the policy.

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed in our delivery process. Delivering a puppy across the country is a very fluid process and we try to educate our new puppy parents that delays sometimes happen. Unfortunately, in your case, your puppy was delayed due to the transport vehicle having mechanical issues. I understand you expected a phone call sooner, but their top priority was ensuring the driver's and the puppy's safety while also looking for a repair shop to fix the vehicle. In speaking with you post delivery, you mentioned the delays actually helped you because now your vet visit which was originally outside of the 72 hour timeframe was now inside that timeframe. While this wasn't ideal, it appears it worked out with regards to your vet appointment. We were happy to know Hailey arrived happy & healthy which is our primary concern.
We cannot say enough good words about our experience with Pawrade. Their communication and caring guidance made our life so easy. You always worry about "puppy scam adoptions", but there was never a minute that made us hesitate in dealing with a long-distance adoption. Every single person that we dealt with was fantastic, caring and kind and reassuring. The delivery service was spot on and came in on schedule. We heartily recommend this company to anyone who needs a new "furever" friend. Tippytoo came to us healthy and has immediately settles in his new home and in our hearts. Thank you all so much!

With all the puppy scammers out there. It’s finally nice to have a piece of mind, that there is still good out there. Trusting pawrade was the best thing I did; in able to find my puppy. I was so blessed with their service and the staff are so friendly, always there to assist. Tony and Lindsey were there every step of the way. Highly recommend this website, if your looking for a safe way to adopt a new puppy.

We love our new little puppy. He arrived clean, healthy, and happy. The breeders were so nice and answered all my questions. Peter from pawrade was super helpful, when the first puppy I was looking at was sold before I could buy her, Peter found her brother for me. Thanks pawrade!

The personnel, Lisa, Sandra, Beth were awesome to work with. The transaction was flawless. And the whole process was easy. I got all of the feedback I needed and I was certainly a pain in the neck. Todd, who drove my Jackson from Missouri to NJ was so nice and Jackson arrived with no problems. Jackson is even more handsome than his pictures. I was given his breeders contact information and she is such a sweetheart and told me everything about his upbringing. I couldn't be happier. Jackson is a smart, healthy, loving fur baby and I'm so lucky to have him.
