They were outstanding with communication, However my Pup was supposed to come with Papers , I have yet to see them. I thought i was told they would be in a Packet, but all was Recent vet and Worming info. Puppy is Healthy and sweet.

I am very pleased with the service I received through the whole process of getting my Mena to me. Especially Mary who promptly answered every question I asked. Mena arrived happy and just a little scared but warmed up really fast. We were getting kisses from her in no time. Thank you Pawrades. I would recommend you Anytime.

We purchased a Boarder Collie for close to $3000. The puppy was listed as ABCA registered and she was not registered. She was also listed that it was microchipped and she was not. No one will return my calls from Pawrade. I have called over 10 times and they alway say they will call me right back and it been over a month and I have not gotten one call back. 1/12/2022 I received a call less than 30 min after my review from the owner and founder. He apologized for no one returning my calls and said it would be addressed ASAP. After 4 days I got a refund of the amount I had to pay to chip my dog and the paperwork was processed and I revised a emailed copy last night. I was told I would have the original papers very soon. I did not get a return call from the breeder or Pawrade for well over 3 weeks till I submitted this review.

Pawrade is the most trustworthy and communicative company out there. We have indeed spoken with you on multiple occassions. We are absolutely working on your case and will support you in ensuring you get everything in which you were entitled. Breeders are allotted time to register and then supply registration paperwork. We will absolutely see to it that your Breeder abides by their contractual obligations and will take all necessary steps to ensure such. We can confirm your breeder did indeed advertise your puppy as microchipped and thus we will absolutely ensure your puppy gets microchipped at the Breeders expense. **Update January 11, 2022: We are pleased to inform that Chris has received his registration papers. Please note, registration papers may take time and always come a few weeks or months after delivery.
This has been an outstanding experience from the day I chose my puppy until she was delivered to our door. They kept us informed every step of the way and were extremely helpful. I highly recommend.

Our puppy was supposed to arrive December 17, then moved to Des 23. On the 22 nd the puppy delivery called me with another new date. We got him at 5 am Christmas morning. Better communication would have appreciated.

Hey Kerry, We are very sorry to hear about the delays in the travel and delivery of your new pup. But we always appreciate constructive feedback from our customers so that we can make any changes or adjustments possible to improve our processes. The safe and efficient transporting of a live puppy can be a very daunting task. There are just so many variables and "moving parts" that are frequently totally out of our control. Adding to that the extreme volume increases of the holiday season along with additional complications due to covid restrictions and reduced personnel also due to Covid and it made this December a logistics challenge we at Pawrade had never seen before. We are also passing your feedback along to our transportation partners so that they can make any adjustments to improve things in the future as well. And we know that 5 am is awfully early but I bet that made for one memorable Christmas! We wish you the best with your new furever friend and are truly sorry for the delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Casey is a well mannered Aussie has adjusted to our home and our girls pups are spoiling him rotten. The nanny service was great in keeping us updated on his arrival. Received clean bill of health from vet . Best Christmas present ever
