My experience was nothing but positive and the puppy we got is just amazing!! Communication from my first contact was amazing. I would highly recommend pawrade and when we take the puppy out and about people always ask where we got her. We got a beaglier little girl and we named her Mo because she came from Missouri.

My experience with Pawrade was good overall! Ultimately, they are the reason we have our sweet little Penelope, and for that we are so grateful. The communication was not always the quickest, but it was around the holidays, so we understood people may be taking time off. Everyone we spoke with from Pawrade was very kind and caring. We were encouraged to tip the flight nanny, which was a bit much considering we paid over a thousand dollars for the nanny alone. We did end up tipping him because we were appreciative of him taking good care of our baby, but some people may not be able to tip. I will recommend Pawrade to anyone I know who is looking to bring a fur baby home!

The process from start to finish was seamless. The reps were very responsive and answered all my questions. They provided so much info upfront, I didn’t have to ask for much. The delivery of our new furpup was smooth and kept in the loop about the whole travel. Great experience!

Great experience start to finish! Willie came healthy, on time with all paper work as stated! The ground transport was a dream! Followed his road trip on gps so new exactly where he was and received regular updates from drivers! I really can’t say enough about pawrade and all the staff! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a dog! Thanks a million!
