I was very impressed with the customer service and overall organization of the entire process. All of my questions were answered almost immediately and everyone was very helpful. This was an easy and seemless process start to finish and I was very pleased. I would definitely recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a puppy. And we absolutely adore our little guy.

Tony, our initial contact at Pawrade and Lois our liason were both exceptional at their jobs. They always answered questions and addressed concerns we had in the process of adopting our new little Boston Terrier. There was quite a bit of paperwork but it is all very important.

Going to be honest, I was definitely worried this could be a scam (as could be purchasing any puppy online). However, I read through reviews and did tons of research on Pawrade and felt completely comfortable with the purchase of my puppy. It was great speaking with Pawrade representatives over the phone - I received ongoing updates around the health of the puppy, transportation etc. the entire way through. Such a great company and so happy with my healthy puppy!

My experience with pawrade has been fine— up until yesterday. My 7 yr old autistic son needs a therapy dog. The communication with pawrade was fine. Transportation was a bit confusing but that was due to a now ex-employee. My puppy arrived sick. She is now dead. The “ breeder” if that’s what you want to call this person should be having zero affiliation with Pawrade. Pawrade is better than to associate with this backyard breeder. Puppy arrived with ZERO documentation concerning vaccinated and wormings. Just something hand written with no lot or expiration stickers. My vet has written an unfit to sell document after examining a very, very sick little puppy. After all of this, I did and will continue to do some more due diligence with this breeder as well as the vet that signed off on this pup. I have spent a great deal of money and yet not once, have I asked pawrade to pay back the money. Instead, I get told that pawrade is not a “ therapist” and then he asking for a death certificate! Charlie, Sandra have been great and even Charlie has said they would make this up to my son! Here’s how you can make it up to an autistic child Pawrade... get my little boy a HEALTHY same breed dog and most importantly... get RID of that insidious yak human being who calls themselves a breeder. Pawrade. You are better than this. Seriously. And so is my son. Thank you. Addendum: Correct, YOU wanted me and my son to drive to the 2nd hospital and locate the tech that was unable to do anything for the pup since the pup passed. I did just that, and inquired about the tech speaking to you. The animal tech had since left. I then spoke with the owner of the hospital who found you’re requests bizarre to say the least! You already have AN UNFIT TO SELL legal document that has been sent to you ALONG with a full respiratory panel finding the puppy had numerous respiratory illness along with coccidia etc. I have decided to take action ( unlike you) with the state of Arkansas and am finally seeing justice that someone does actually care about not just helping my little boy, but even more so help to never have this happen again. I’ve not ONCE asked you for any monetary reimbursement. Lastly, if you would like to view a passed puppy, you are more than welcome to come to my home, and see where she is buried yourself. Thank you and have a lovely day.

Response from Pawrade· Jan 19, 2022
**Update - It's been 8 days since this review was posted. Jennifer has yet to provide any proof or documentation the puppy passed. We asked to at least speak to her vet and the response we received was "the vet tech no longer works there." Unfortunately, we have been able to substantiate her claim. Jennifer, We are very sorry that your new pup arrived with a cough. We stand behind our puppies and we honor our 3-year Health Guarantee. However, we have simple protocols that must be followed to ensure the legitimacy of any and all claims. The transporter did advise us and you that the pup had a cough at pickup but that the breeder said that she thought it was because she had just given her a bath and she may have taken in some water. Upon delivery you called your vet the next day who told you to bring her in. The vet prescribed some medicine, performed some tests and sent you home and told you to monitor the pups breathing. Your Vet took X-Rays which documented the lungs to be clear. You further explained that later that night the pup's breathing worsened and you took her to an animal hospital but that she expired on the way and on your arrival at the hospital a vet tech came out and told you that there was nothing they could do. That is a very sad situation that we are deeply sorry for you and your son to have to experience. We are doing our best to make this as right as we can for you with either another puppy or a full refund of the price of the puppy but do require that you work with us and provide us the requested information to validate and substantiate your claim. To date, unfortunately you have not provided us with any proof to substantiate your claim. If you would please help us with providing the required information that we have asked for we will do our best to expedite the process to resolve this sad situation.
