Pawrade themselves were good. Very responsive. When we purchased our puppy he was 9 weeks old. By the time we received him he was 11.5 weeks. Was not thrilled with the so called pampered puppy transport and our puppy ended up with two parasites who then gave it to our elder dog. I don't believe we would purchase a puppy this way again. Have owned dogs my entire life and never had these issues, but our animals were always purchased local where we could actually visit before purchase and take them home ourselves.

Phenomenal!! Such a trustworthy, honest and reputable group of people. We got our puppy Oscar after months of searching we found Pawrade. They care deeply about each and every puppy. They helped us make sure we were protected and educated on new puppy tips and ownership. There’s nothing like Pawrade. Their payment platform was seemless. Shannon was so helpful again in helping get us Oscar. Our second time buying through Pawrade and will recommend to anybody and everyone out there. Oscar is already warming up. Thank you!!

Pawrade is absolutely the new way to buy a puppy. I wanted to buy a puppy and finding one online can be daunting and riddled with scams. Pawrade should be your first, last and only stop for a new dog. The process was seamless, communication was excellent and best of all; they don’t tolerate puppy mills.

Scam!!!.. Worst pet buying experience of our life. Beware! My Fiancee and I reserved a puppy on Pawrade from a breeder - We made the purchase based on the cute pictures we saw online.. and the very friendly sales staff at "Pawrade" but beware! . Yes they are friendly until they get your NON refundable money. Once we made the $630.00 deposit and signed the required contract with only seeing pictures of a puppy, we asked to see a live video of the puppy, first Pawrade said the breeder would let us see a video.. then we got a call, that "they refused to show us live video of the puppy" and said unless " we needed to Pawrade another $1,000.00 upfront -. NON-refundable, **then we could see the puppy live. ( In the PAWRADE REPLY below -They deny this - which is 100% a dishonest lie from PAWRADE. ) At this point, me my Fiancee had already paid the required $630.00 and another $299.00 fee .. and now they were demanding another $1,000.00! ... we simply hoped to see a video so we knew she was a healthy puppy.... and this extra $1,000 DEMAND came AFTER first telling us it was ok "to see her". At this point it was too many warning signs. **The lie about letting us see the puppy live, all the money upfront with the NON refundable clauses etc and a demand for another thousand.. just was very dishonest approach. There are too many other honest and safe options to find a healthy -cute puppy. All the super friendly and assuring people in SALES.. were gone now. Now Pawrade and PETPAY turned us over to a COLLECTION agency to get even MORE money because we cancelled our purchase for a pet we were never even allowed to see. (In Pawrade reply they said they 'sent two sets of photos'- that is also untrue) BEWARE. trusting the other reviews has so far cost us over $1,200.00 for a dog we never even could verify was a live puppy and not old photos. With any business, there are successes, I am only posting this because they were dishonest with us and continued in their response to lie. You may be one of the lucky ones..but if not, you will end up in collections or not have a healthy dog. Noting- The non -refundable clause allows the PAWRADE and THE BREEDER to make money for pets you may never even be able verify are the age they are , are healthy, have a pleasant temperament. Now in collections and we received nothing but a big scam ! And that is the STRAIGHT FACTS. And when we reached the breeder.. they told me, Pawrade took back the deposit they received and told them they were giving it back to "us" the customer because too many complaints on Pawrades Credit app would make the credit card company cancel them... so Pawrade lied to their own breeders as well. I would rather support a business that treats their customers and breeders honestly. In last note - Pawrade said "they did not pull money from Breeders for anyone wondering if that is true or anything else stated in this review is true , you can call the (Deleted by Pawrade demand to trustpilot) at the breeder (deleted by demand of Pawrade to Trustpilot) easily found on the internet to verify we are telling the truth and Pawrade works in a dishonest manner.

Pawrade helped me find the puppy of my dreams. My daughter & I are in love! I had to laugh, when picking up are puppy my 13 year old daughter says “I’m glad this wasn’t a scam” LOL! Pawrade & petpay were awesome beginning to end!
