The entire experience was very helpful in letting me purchase a high quality puppy from out of state. The sponsors were very helpful and process was relatively fast. However there was a miscommunication between travel rep and breeder. Puppy arrived at airport with no notification to us.It was a cell phone error, and they owned up to it. Puppy did just fine on flight, and is truly awesome. I would recommend them to find that special dog.

Thank you to the team for keeping up to date on Kai. I did receive him 3 days ago. Bill who had Kai called me or texted me everyday updating me on Kai, I’m happy that it was very smooth. First day Kai was very skiddish of me and was barking at me constantly. Today he definitely warmed up to me we went on 3-4 walks already. I’m happy to call my home is new home.

This was my second purchase, my first was last year when tragically he passed at one year. But I called Pawrade and they helped me through everything I needed to do to buy a new one. My new puppy arrived within 3 days of purchase and is perfect in every way.
