We had a great experience with Pawrade. The process was very smooth from the beginning to the end. Our puppy is healthy, and he adapted the new place very quickly. It exceeded our expectations! Thank you!

Pawrade ensured a perfect experience for adding a little westie puppy to my family. The communication with the Pawrade team and the Breeder was fantastic and very professional. I would trust Pawrade with another westie like Reginald! Thank you Pawrade!

This was a wonderful experience from the day we found our beautiful Golden puppy on the Pawrade site until even yesterday after Cooper was home with us and we got a call to make sure our sweet boy was adjusting well. Every single person I communicated with was kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They all made sure we were 100% prepared for the arrival of our new pup. It is wonderful to see how much the pets’ safety and well-being are to this company. They provided every bit of information we would need to make Cooper safe, happy and healthy when he arrived. We will definitely use Pawrade’s services again and would recommend them to everyone we know.

Scrolling through Pawrade, I saw Frazier (a Havanese) and instantly fell in love with him. Of course, then came the "should we or should we not" period and discussions with my wife. During that period, Pawrade was always there to answer any questions or discuss any concerns. Needless to say, we finally decided to get Frazier and couldn't be more pleased with the decision. Frazier is an awesome puppy !! And the process in obtaining him was made easy and hassle-free with each Pawrade team member I worked with.

We are so happy you chose, SHOULD! It's important to us to not only provide a great customer experience but also to get our little furry buddies to good homes. Did you know that in the 1970's, there were only 11 of these cute babies in the U.S.? Now they are amongst the top 25 most popular dog breeds. Amazing! Thank you so much for reviewing our service and trusting our process to get sweet Frazier home. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team
Mimi is an awesome dog! 😊

We are so glad you love her so! She really is an amazing puppy. Did you know that Dachshund means badger dog in German? These short, little guys were bred to hunt the badger. Because of the short, small size, they can fit in the badger holes. So if your pup goes missing, check under bed, in your laundry or anywhere else she can "burrow" but mostly, she'll burrow in your lap and in your heart. Enjoy your amazing furry baby. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team
We found our puppy and Pawrade made it easy and well supported. They always replied to my emails and phone calls to help us be prepared to our new addition!

We are so happy you found Gracie with us and appreciate the review. She will be sure to bring your family lots of love..and SWIMMING! Did you know that the Golden Retriever was bred to be good swimmers? They even have "webbed" paws (just a little extra skin between the toes) to help make them excellent swim buddies. How pawsome is that? Enjoy you new furry bundle of joy. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team
We were very excited based on the reviews we read. Picked our sweet baby girl, arranged for travel, and then travel was delayed three times. The only reason we didn’t end up waiting a month for our pup is because we made a road trip to pick her up. When I offered other days due to the weather, we were told that the breeder would only fly on two days, despite knowing that there would not be good weather on either of those days for the foreseeable future. We love our pup, but we don’t know that we’ll use Pawrade again after this experience. Based on their reply, this deserves an edit. Yes, we live in Colorado, however there were several other days that she could be flown when it was not cold, and we were locked into two days. I don’t think that my understanding was an issue, I think that the lack of flexibility on your end and the breeder’s was. I don’t appreciate being attacked in your reply to my review. Don’t ask for reviews if you can’t handle receiving negative feedback. I will not waist time with another review or response.

Toni, Unfortunately the travel delays you experienced were outside of our control. You live in Colorado and because of ice/snow storms the airlines cancelled 2 separate flights we had booked for Grace. We wish we could have better control of that situation, but given the time of year and your location we hoped you would have been a little more understanding to the travel complexities. We are delighted to know Grace is happy & healthy in your arms as that is our ultimate goal! **As a follow up, we do want to mention that some of our breeders also have full-time jobs so it limits their availability. We do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused and wish we could have delivered Grace directly to you!
Everything went smoothly and Ruthie is happy healthy and so sweet!!

We are so happy Ruthie is doing so well in her new family. Cavapoos get attached very quickly to their new humans so she's most likely already wanting your company constantly. We hope you are getting tons of love from your little furbaby and so happy you chose us to help bring her home. 💙🐶💙 Pawrade Team
