The staff was amazing. I live in a very rural area and phone service is spotty at best, esp. Internet. They were so accommodating when we had to complete so things with a phone call. They kept me updated during the whole process. And, the delivery guys are just special in the handling of pups. I love my fur baby already!

From the start of the process, to the delivery of my puppy, it was 5 stars all the way. There was always a friendly person to answer any questions. The emails were very helpful. Any paperwork was easy to understand and complete. The delivery service was amazing. I was able to track them and received updates. When they arrived I had a well cared for, happy puppy. Again 5 stars all the way!!!

They charge too much for a family pet that isn't going to be a show dog or a stud service. We lost our beloved Bella, a 9 year old Mini Dachshund due to congestive heart failure a couple years ago. We are just looking for another smooth coat Mini Dachshund that won't break the bank as we are both on Social Security.

I had never heard of Pawrade before and as most people I was very skeptical of buying online..after doing a lot of research, I could actually pick out the scams from the real deals. They answered all questions and make you feel safe. They let you video with your puppy, and you surely got the one you picked out..and she is beautiful and healthy!

The company was easy to reach with any questions. Our puppy arrived with good communication and right on time - and in good health. The only thing I was skeptical about is paying the entire amount up front. I didn't trust that, but it all worked out. All the people we talked to were very nice, professional and helpful.

Great experience with getting a healthy puppy and the communication was excellent. The Breeder, staff and transportation nanny were excellent.
