EXCEPTIONAL. From my first interaction, via phone call, to asking multiple questions via the message board, every interaction was quick and on point. Pawrade is IT when it comes to acquiring your new canine family member. Their offerings are plentiful: multiple breeds and breeder offerings; multiple delivery options; communicate via phone/email/message board; fur baby comes microchipped; health warranty; no-puppy mill pledge. My new baby came via climate controlled van and the company kept in contact with me via text the entire trip. I could not have asked for a better experience.

We had an amazing experience with Pawrade - we are SO happy with our new puppy. She’s brought so much joy to our lives. At first, we were skeptical about not being able to contact the breeder directly, but we were able to speak with Pawrade’s team, who conference-called the breeder with us a few times. The Pawrade team was there to answer all our questions and walk us through the process, and our puppy arrived safe and sound. It was a wonderful experience.
