The driver was great. You knew he realy cared about the special packages he was delivering. The breader made it so my girl walked in the door and knew it was her home.

dont do buisness with pawrade we are very interested in a puppy and we would like to meet the breeder and the puppies and you are not allowed there reason is you would contaminate the puppy and they would have to be quarantine first these puppies are 4 months old second if i am $2,500 i want to make sure the puppy and i get to know each other lets be real pawrade your affraid you wont get your cut of the money any breeders who do buisness with pawrade should stop they are not very good at what they do. (contaminate thats the best excuse you come up with)

Hey John, we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our carefully crafted policies and protocols. The fact is that visitors to a kennel are a potential source of contamination. You may disagree with this and that's OK. But the pup's health and welfare are of paramount importance to us. It is also important to note that you mention the high probability that someone would go to the breeder and make a backdoor deal cutting us out. I am sure that you know that the only reason you know of the pup is because of the service we provide. That's what we do. We help folks find the perfect pup for them that they otherwise would never locate. This service costs to provide. We have a great deal of manhours and marketing dollars invested in each pup. For us to provide a direct contact to the breeder before having an agreement in place would ensure that our business would rapidly falter. I wish you the best in your search for a pup. And please understand that no company that may provide a service such as ours will be willing to give you the breeder's contact information before purchase.
👍 great service 👍

Hey Jake, short and sweet and we certainly appreciate the kind words. Thank you for choosing Pawrade and best wishes.
My first experience with Pawrade was amazing. Communication was very good. We had a small issue with the puppy having a cough but they followed up with the vet visit and she was treated and cleared within a couple of days. She’s an amazing puppy. Already spoiled lol. I would totally recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a puppy.

This was our first experience with Pawrade, and we were so impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of everyone we worked with to get our new puppy. They hold high standards for the breeders and the transporters too.

Hey Kathy, we are so happy that you chose Pawrade to help you find the perfect pup for you. Thank you for the kind words and best wishes.
It was a great experience…but they need to let the buyer know in advance that other “people/company” will be also be reaching out for the travel payment, final vet check up…I was getting texts and didn’t know if they were legitimate or not because no one informed me other people would be texting me…. But in the end it ended up fine…

Hey Kristen, we are sorry if there was some confusion for you. And we thank you for your honest feedback. We take all constructive criticism as an opportunity to make adjustments to improve our service. Best wishes to you and your new furry family member.
Everything about Pawrade was fantastic from my first enquiry to when I met my boy. I was a little skeptical as I have never gotten a dog anywhere but local but there were no Wheaton Terriers in my area in Boston available. Pawrade covered it all and I am forever grateful how easy they made it. The transfer of Rockie from Indiana to Boston was seamless as well. He is a wonderful little guy!
