This was our second puppy through Pawrade. We had such a wonderful experience receiving our first puppy there was no question where we would go for our second pup. Thank you so much - we love our puppies. 🤍 Ferdinand & Kash’s parents

Hey Eugenia, Thank you so much for returning to Pawrade for another awesome new furry family member. And thank you for sharing your experience.
I would highly recommend Pawrade as a place to pick your forever pup. My little girl Lexi arrived as described healthy and happy. She was obviously loved on a lot before coming to our home. She has such a warm personality. Thank you Pawrade.

Hey Oly, Thank you so much for checking in almost 4 years later. We are so happy that all has gone so well for you and your best buddy.
I don’t even know where to start. From the very beginning, Pawrade was dishonest and unprofessional. They told me the breeder was lowering the price, but I later discovered they had simply used a promo code and lied about it. When I asked for the same code to be applied, they claimed discounts were “up to the breeder,” which clearly wasn’t true. Then came the delivery nightmare. I specifically arranged for my puppy to be delivered by car, and Pawrade confirmed it. At the last minute, they basically forced me to switch to an airplane delivery, completely disregarding what was agreed upon. When I told them I couldn’t drive an hour to the airport at the exact day and time they chose, they were extremely rude even telling me I’d have to pay over $1,000 extra if I wanted to change it. When my puppy finally arrived, she was in awful condition. Her ears were filthy and yeasty, her fur was stained yellow from urine, and she was covered in fleas. I was heartbroken. I immediately reached out to Pawrade, and instead of showing any concern, they were dismissive and rude. For the amount of money they charge and the way they present themselves online, this experience was unacceptable. I would never recommend Pawrade to anyone. They care more about getting your payment than about the animals or their customers.

We are unable to determine if this is an actual customer or an "adopt, don't shop" activist posting a false review in an unfair attempt at damaging our business. We reached out through Trustpilot and they refuse to identify themselves. We operate with integrity. This "client" seems to have asked for a discount, received a discount, but them wanted another discount on top, if I am reading that correctly. No business allows multiple discounts, coupons, promos, etc. We don't force anyone to use any particular type of transportation. In fact you are not required to use our optional transportation services at all. Also, ground and air service is the same price so there is no motive for us to do that. A claim of a $1000 additional charge is completely false and makes no sense. I can not address this persons claim of the puppy arriving in poor condition as we don't know who they are. However, any health issue such a an ear infection would be covered under our PetPay health guarantee as well as the 30 days of complimentary Metlife insurance that we provide. If a puppy did arrive unusually soiled or with fleas we will typically also reimburse for grooming costs.
My puppy came home last Sunday. He is very happy, and he looks gorgeous. Thank you very much
