Outstanding experience from start to finish. Their customer service was excellent throughout the entire process of purchasing my puppy. Puppy stores are banned in New York and I didn't want to buy from an out of state puppy mill. I found my puppy (Scottish Terrier)on Pawrade (all the way in Kansas). From start to finish -door to door pickup from the breeder and drop-off to my home was excellent. I highly recommend them.

I can not get anyone to communicate with me, and I have already paid $3000.00 for GIDGET. The other sites with crazy reviews are worrying me. I just want my little GIDGET already. I'll put a review every day until I get a response and GIDGET is at her forever home, MY HOME...

Denise, we held a puppy for you for over a month. You repeatedly said you were going to pay for the optional delivery service, and each time came up with another reason for non-payment. This went on for 3 weeks. You could have picked up the pup from the breeder for free, but declined to do that. This caused the sale to be canceled by default. We are sorry that this has not worked out for you, but we have done everything exactly as we promised and are contractually required.
I was very happy that I chose a Cavapoo puppy from Pawrade. They were very helpful, and answered all my questions about the process. They will walk you through the whole procedure, and are always available for any questions you might have.

Extremely professional and kind. Very responsive to all texts, emails and phone calls. Grayson is absolutely adorable, he arrived clean and smiling. The transport team kept us informed the whole way. All around a great experience!! ❤️🐶 Thank you so much!!

Fast, friendly and very accommodating. My puppy was delivered safe and sound and the driver drove through the night to bring me my pup! 10/5 would recommend

From the first time that I called about my puppy, they were right on the ball. They answered all my questions and gave me updates and pictures and videos and helped me through the whole process. I just got my little Shih Tzu last night and she is wonderful.
