This was a wonderful experience. It eliminated hours of searching on the internet for breeders and reviews. The Concierge personnel were professional, knowledgeable and very sweet. They were also very good at staying in touch and answering questions. Overall, if you are looking for a puppy - I would highly recommend Pawrade!

First love our new puppy Winchester (now Winston) he is awesome, the first part of the process was good, until they got the money then the communication went to almost non existent. The delivery folks were awesome they got Winston home with no issues, we got our puppy to our vet within 3 days, we got information from pawrade saying he has had all his needed vaccines and weighed 30 pounds, we take home to our vet who we have used for over 15 years for all of our pups, they found he was only 23 pounds and had an ear infection and was missing vaccines he should have so our first visit was another 171 dollars, after paying 3500+ for him including travel, so the question was how did a vet say 30 pounds and then a week later he is 23 and then the ear infection and missing vaccines. So I have some serious question about this I called back and they said they would send this to the health department well 5 days later I heard nothing back…I did submit the bill to my pet insurance and I am getting back 91 dollars, but I have believe once they get the money they are out of the conversation. We got a prior pup from puppy spot I should have gone back to them. Again love our puppy and he is doing well but the customer service is horrible.

We are sorry that the customer is not completely happy, but some of this review is not clear or accurate. The puppy was taken to a USDA licensed vet a few days before delivery. The vet documents that the customer has) clearly state 21 pounds, not 30, and upon delivery the customers' vet report was 23 pounds. That is all normal and we are not sure where the customer got 30 pounds as 21 pounds is in writing in several places on the docs. All pups must go to wellness check within 72 hours of arriving at their new home. A portion of the $171 the customer mentions is for this wellness check and is a typical and to be expected expense of getting a new pup. The expenses that are not a normal wellness cost were reimbursed to the customer as he states here. WE are sorry the pup had an ear infection, but this is very common and also why we provide 30 days of complimentary Metlife coverage for every pup.
Pawrade was very professional. They were great communicating with us every step of the way. I highly recommend their service they communicate the whole way through have no problem answering questions whenever you have them.
